Commission Appointed To Honor Mayor-For-Life Barry

Current DC mayor Muriel Bowser has appointed a commission to honor the legacy of the late 4 term mayor of DC, Marion Barry.
Friday would have been his 79th birthday, and a new mural was unveiled in Anacostia as Bowser announced a Barry Memorial Commission, and placed no limits on what they can do to honor him.
Bowser says she hopes to have an announcement on how the commission will honor Barry by this time next year.
