Commanders Fans Rank Among NFL's Most Fouled- Mouthed

A recent study by FlashPicks ranked Washington Commanders fans as the fifth most foul-mouthed in the NFL, with 214 curse words posted on their subreddit in 2023. The study analyzed the official subreddit pages of all 32 NFL teams, totaling over 8.6 million fans, and calculated the number of profanities posted over the last year.

The Detroit Lions fans topped the list, with 288 curse words, making them the most foul-mouthed fanbase. Washington Commanders fans favored the “F-word,” using it 53 times, followed by “sh*t” at 43 mentions.

The Las Vegas Raiders fans ranked second, with 274 profanities, tied with the Baltimore Ravens for the most uses of the “F-word” (63 times). Each team’s fanbase was scored based on the frequency of their online profanity, with the Raiders receiving a 9.5 out of 10 for vulgar language use.
