Quinta Brunson has become a household name in Hollywood over the past few years. Although it may seem as if she is new to the scene to some, the 35-year old West Philadelphia native has been putting in work for quite some time.
The writer, producer, comedian and actress is most known for her standout sitcom Abbott Elementary on ABC. Even before the release of the show though, Brunson made waves with various other achievements. 1. The Girl Who Has Never Been on a Nice Date

2. Broke

The first was a scripted comedy called “Broke.” Quinta wrote, produced and starred in the web series. Her performance in “Broke” was nominated for Best Acting in a Comedy at the Streamy Awards.
3. Up For Adoption

4. She Memes Well

5. Abbott Elementary

The show announced recently that it has been renewed for a second season.
