Ethel Mitchell, Esq., with over 20 years of legal experience, has distinguished herself as a leading practitioner focusing on wills, trusts, estate planning and probate. Attorney Mitchell is a member of the Bar Associations of Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Texas, United States Virgin Islands and Ghana. She completed undergraduate studies at Fisk University Magna Cum Laude. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and then served as Law Clerk to Chief Judge Christian in St. Thomas, USVI.

Mitchell is the proud parent of two adult children. Her firm is located in Washington, D.C. and she currently resides in the District of Columbia.
